Annual Report 2004/05
The Annual Report 2004/05 was laid before the National Assembly for Wales on 26 October 2005. It was decided that it would be appropriate to report on the three offices: Commissioner for Local Administration in Wales, the Welsh Administration Ombudsman and Health Service Commissioner for Wales in one volume. This reflects the progress that has been made over the past year in preparing for the day when the new Public Services Ombudsman (Wales) Act comes into force, which will be on 1 April 2006.
