Principles for Remedy
The Public Services Ombudsman for Wales has issued guidance to public authorities in Wales on the Principles for Remedy. He has asked that listed authorities take full account of these principles when considering providing remedies for injustice or hardship resulting from any maladministration or poor service failure by them. The guidance has been issued as statutory guidance under Section 31 of the Public Services Ombudsman (Wales) Act 2005.
