Principles of Good Administration
The Public Services Ombudsman for Wales has issued guidance to public authorities in Wales on the Principles of Good Administration. He has asked that listed authorities take full account of these principles when considering administration arrangements in their organisations. The guidance has been issued as statutory guidance under Section 31 of the Public Services Ombudsman (Wales) Act 2005.
