The Public Services Ombudsman for Wales has issued 'Guidance to Local Authorities on Complaints Handling'.  The document has been developed in collaboration with the Welsh Local Government Association, Solace Wales and Citizens Advice Wales.  It has been issued as statutory guidance under section 31 of the Public Services Ombudsman (Wales) Act 2005.
