How to complain
Set out in the sections to the left of this page is information that will explain about how to:

Please read this information carefully as it will help you understand the matters that the Ombudsman can and cannot look at and tell you how you can complain. If you want to complain about a public body, and if you have not already done so, you should also check that the organisation you want to complain about is of a type that the Ombudsman can look into (the list is available here).
If having read this information, you decide that you want to make a complaint, you should do so by completing the appropriate online complaint form
