You may complain to the Ombudsman by completing and submitting this on-line complaint form. However, please ensure that you have read the section on 'How to complain that a Local Authority Member has Broken the Code of Conduct' before you do so - this will help you to decide whether the Ombudsman is able to look into your complaint or not.
