Complaints Wales is a telephone and web based signposting service offering advice to people in Wales on how to complain about a public service.


The service is independent and impartial and can help you send your complaint to the service provider. If you have already complained to the organisation, you can also use Complaints Wales to complain to the appropriate independent complaint handler or ombudsman.
